About the Firm

Practicing where the world arrives.

Saverio Lo Monaco is an immigration attorney based in Jackson Heights, Queens — a neighborhood built by newcomers, where more languages are spoken within a few square miles than almost anywhere else in the country. That setting shapes the practice: cases are handled with the patience and precision that family futures deserve, not processed like paperwork.

Attorney Lo Monaco earned his law degree in Italy in 2012 (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) and later earned his Master of Laws (LLM) from St. John's University School of Law in 2017. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2019 and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2020. Alongside a general immigration practice, he handles U.S.–Italy transnational legal matters and serves as a Notary Public for the State of New York.

Every client meets with the attorney directly — not a rotating case manager — from the first consultation through the final decision.

“I came to the United States in 2016. Over the next five years I went from student (F-1 visa) to trainee (OPT), to specialty-occupation worker (H-1B visa), to permanent resident (derivative EB-1 visa). I am an immigrant, in service of other immigrants.”

Rooted in the Community

The neighborhood shapes the practice.

Jackson Heights is one of the most diverse places in the country — its storefronts, transit, and streets carry the same energy this practice was built for: families building a life in a new place.
